Yes, we accept a variety of insurance plans. 

We are currently in the process of credentialing with various insurance plans to better serve our patients. While this is underway, we appreciate your understanding and will keep you updated as we become in-network with more carriers.  

We also offer affordable cash-pay prices designed to make quality healthcare accessible for everyone. 

We plan to offer "Deeper Dives" which will be longer appointments and are not covered by insurance, more details to come.

Our services include:

• Pap Smears: Routine screenings for cervical health.
• Routine Medical Care: Ongoing management of chronic conditions and preventive care.
• Acute Visits: Treatment for sudden illnesses or minor injuries.
• Lab Draws: Convenient in-office lab services for accurate diagnostics.
• Physicals: Annual exams, school physicals, and pre-employment evaluations.
• Consultations: Personalized consultations to address your health concerns.
•  Nutritional Counseling: Personalized plans for better eating habits and health goals. 
• On-site Lab Testing:  Comprehensive lab testing for a wide range of conditions. (May require an appointment)
•  Weight Management Programs: Personalized plans including dietary guidance, medication, and monitoring. 
•  Medicare Wellness: Annual wellness visits to help Medicare patients stay on top of their health. 
• Men's Health:  Testosterone Therapy: Suppport for men with improved energy, mood, libido, muscle mass, and overall well-being 
•  Perimenopause and Menopause Care: Support for women navigating perimenopause and menopause, including symptom management and therapy options. 
•  B12 Injections: For energy, metabolism, and nervous system support. 
•  Deeper Dive Appointments: Focused sessions to address specific health concerns and provide the most individualized care tailored to your needs.  These services will be offered beginning in March 2025.  

Please Note: Some of our individualized and personalized services, such as the deeper dive appointments, may be fee-for-service and are not covered by insurance.  

These services are designed to offer tailored, one-on-one care that goes beyond what is typically covered under standard insurance plans.

 Yes, we offer a patient portal through NextGen, our electronic medical record system. 

If you have received a link to the portal but don't see it in your inbox, please check your spam or junk folder. The email will be from NextGen with the subject line "YourHealthFiles." 

The email invite will expire in 5 days and each patient will need their own unique invitation.  If you need an invitation resend please text or call 843-504-2121. 

Once you book your appointment, you will receive an invitation to access the portal if you haven’t already joined.

Through the portal, you can:

• Manage your appointments
• View test results
• Communicate securely with our office

All communication through the portal is HIPAA-compliant to ensure your privacy and security.

As a Nurse Practitioner in South Carolina, I am legally prohibited from prescribing Schedule II narcotics unless the prescription is for an acute issue. In such cases, the prescription is limited to a maximum of 5 days. This policy ensures compliance with state law and promotes safe prescribing practices. Thank you for your understanding.

• Examples of Schedule II narcotic substances include fentanyl, hydromorphone, meperidine, methadone, morphine, oxycodone, fentanyl, dextroamphetamine, methylphenidate, methamphetamine, pentobarbital, and secobarbital.
